We center and honour the body’s own intelligence, pace, rhythm and responses, instead of pushing or forcing change. We move from the mind’s agenda into your body’s current capacity for newness and exploration, gently stretching into the edges.
We prioritise safety and pleasure as pathways to wellbeing. We find resources, internal and external, that help you cultivate presence and connection in the here and now.
We use body channels such as movement, self touch, vocalising, breath, gestures, inner images, sensation, to make sense and metabolise your experience.
Every part of your experience is welcomed and belongs. We seek to understand, not to fix. You learn the art of meeting yourself, in your body, in your cycles, in your emotions.
The nervous system and the feminine hormonal cycle are in an interdependent relationship. In our work together, I ask which phase of your cycle, or which bigger life phase or transition you’re in, so that we work within the wider context of your experience.
We question culture’s obsession with fixing and perfection, and instead, recognise that our human experience is inherently complex, messy and impossible to reduce to labels. We allow ourselves to be radically human.
The mundane is sacred, and life in a physical body is the spiritual life. While spiritual connection is a highly personal thing, this work often opens the door to a more generous connection to something bigger.
