I’m Alexandra.
Trauma-informed somatic facilitator and lover of depth. I’m here to guide you in the continuous, illogical, impossible and inevitable journey of becoming.
I’ve always known I was meant for depth.
This is not to brag, but my mind was always drawn to exploration beyond the surface level. It’s just how I’m made. In school, I was the one loving to be immersed in hours of essay writing, even if it caused me pain. I was the one up for dissecting a topic from multiple angles, gaining an unusual level of satisfaction from what this process of inquiry was revealing. I was hungry to cover all possible perspectives, not to miss anything, as if my life depended on it.
I can’t say I had the perfect conditions to continue cultivating this gift.

Shortly after high school, I moved to London to study and real life hit.
I had to work to make money to support myself. I had to survive. And for that next decade of life, it was all about survival. In retrospect, I can see how, unconsciously, I had completely suppressed any creative impulse, any genuine desire, any connection to my real life force. It just wasn’t safe.
In 2018 I had a waking up moment.
I was able to see all of the above with clear eyes. It was as if the veil had been lifted and I could see how all my beliefs, behaviours, choices, actions, all led me to the exact life I was living in. I had built that. And it was blatantly obvious to me that what I had built was not satisfactory. The biggest blow was to feel how much of my self expression, depth, intelligence, brilliance, have been buried under survival. How deprived I was of my own genius, my own medicine. How disconnected I was from the richness and beauty that can only come when you live in alignment with who you are at your core.

Since then, this has been the work.
An unreasonable obsession with self study that doesn’t leave me alone even if I beg it. A forever student of what it means to live richly and fully. A painfully stubborn passion for how the mind works, for what the body holds, and for what’s possible when we fully admit to the kind of depth we’re here to experience.

I have not arrived at some final destination of healed, nor do I plan to.
The work I do and offer is a continuation of my own exploration of life, psyche and soul.
I’m familiar with the territory of misalignment and disconnection, and as you probably know, there is nothing more painful than that. And I’ve also been walking the terrain of healing and becoming with full commitment and curiosity.
I teach from what I’ve learnt from my teachers, and from my own digested and embodied experience. When I teach and facilitate a space for your own becoming, that is in turn deepening and enriching my own process. No hierarchy, just a space for organic exploration to unfold.
